IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEXT MESSAGING DATA
“HyppoAI does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing purposes.”
The company collects personal information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, and payment details. Non-personal data encompasses IP addresses, browser types, device information, and website usage patterns. Additionally, communication records are maintained including inquiries, service requests, appointment details, preferences, service history, and customer feedback.
Collected data serves purposes including service provision and improvement, transaction processing, customer communication regarding inquiries and appointments, website functionality enhancement, security and fraud prevention, and maintaining accurate consent records.
We also use data and metadata generated from your use of our products and services — including configuration, feature usage, performance metrics, system logs, error reports, and content you process through the platform — to operate, secure, maintain, and improve our products, and to develop, test, train, and refine new features, automations, analytics, and AI models. For product-development, analytics, and model-improvement purposes we use aggregated or de-identified data that does not reasonably identify you, and we may retain and use such aggregated and de-identified data indefinitely. Data obtained through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is used only to provide the features you enable, as described in Section 9, and is not used for these analytics or AI-training purposes.
By opting into SMS services, you agree to receive text messages related to inquiries, services, appointments, quotes, project updates, and customer support. Promotional messages require explicit consent. Users may opt out by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties except vendors necessary to deliver messaging services.
HyppoAI does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information sharing occurs only with trusted service providers assisting operations under confidentiality obligations. Disclosure may occur when legally required or to protect company rights. Business transfers may include information subject to policy terms.
The company implements encryption for sensitive data, maintains access controls and authentication mechanisms, performs regular security assessments, and trains employees on data protection. No method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.
The website uses cookies and tracking technologies to analyze traffic, monitor behavior, remember preferences, improve functionality, and measure service effectiveness. Users may control cookie usage through browser settings.
Individuals may access, update, or delete personal information. Opt-out options include unsubscribing from marketing emails and replying STOP to SMS messages. Users may request processing details and withdraw communication consent. Complaints may be lodged with appropriate supervisory authorities.
HyppoAI is not responsible for the privacy practices of external third-party websites. The policy applies solely to information collected by HyppoAI.
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to HyppoAI / HyppoCRM, you authorize us to access certain data through Meta’s APIs solely to provide the social-media features you enable. With your permission we may access: the list of Pages you manage (pages_show_list); the ability to publish and manage content on Pages you choose (pages_manage_posts); engagement data on those Pages (pages_read_engagement); your connected Instagram professional account (instagram_basic); the ability to publish to it (instagram_content_publish); the Business Portfolio context required for business-owned Pages (business_management); and your basic profile and email (public_profile, email).
We use this data only to operate the features you turn on — listing your Pages so you can choose which to connect, publishing and scheduling the posts you create, and showing engagement for content published through our platform. We do not use Meta data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own purposes. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to act on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations, which revokes the grant with Meta and deletes the stored tokens; you may also remove HyppoAI from your Facebook account under Settings → Business Integrations.
You may delete data directly in the platform, disconnect any integration from Settings → Integrations, or request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing admin@hyppohq.ai with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” We will verify your request and delete the associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. To remove data obtained from Meta, disconnecting Facebook/Instagram in the platform immediately revokes the Meta grant and deletes the stored tokens.
Updates may occur periodically with the most current version available on the website. The effective date reflects the most recent update. Significant changes trigger email notification or website notices.
